One menu, priced per branch and per channel

A category tree of any depth, items with options that generate their own variants, add-on groups, and a price for every branch and channel.

Build the menu once: Beverages › Coffee › Hot, as deep as you need. An item's options — Size, Temperature — generate every sellable combination as its own variant, each with a stable identity that prices, recipes and partner mappings can rely on.

Price lives in one place with availability: per branch, and optionally per channel. The most specific price wins, so a Zomato price overrides the branch price only where you set one, and an item can never be sellable with no price.

How it works

  1. 01

    Add-ons with rules

Milk choice: pick exactly one. Extra shots: up to three. Define a group once and attach it to every item that offers it.

  2. 02

    Spreadsheet pricing with a preview

Export the price list, change it in Excel, and import it back. Every row is checked and the exact changes are shown before anything is written.

  3. 03

    New branch, prices copied

Open a branch by copying another branch's prices — counter only, or every channel too — without overwriting anything set by hand.

  4. 04

    Nothing unsellable by accident

Each branch shows which live items still have no price there, so nothing silently disappears from the till.

Questions about menu & pricing

Can the same item cost different amounts at two branches?
Yes. Every variant and add-on is priced per branch, and optionally per channel such as Zomato, Swiggy or table QR.
Can I update prices in bulk?
Yes, from a spreadsheet. EasyTable validates every row and shows exactly what will change before applying it.
